These are reusable sticky pads that adhere cleanly to the skin and carry the frequency directly to that point. Excellent for localised pain relief. Placing frequencies as close as possible to the affected area is beneficial. These electrodes can be used many times over as long as the skin is cleaned prior to use and the electrodes are put back on the sealing strip when not is use.
